Weeds

To sing, to laugh, to dream, to walk in my own way and be alone. Free with an eye to see things as they are. To say, my soul, be satisfied with flowers, with fruit, with weeds even, But gather them in the one garden you may call your own. - Cyrano DeBergerac

Onesome Long--Long tall drink. What's your favorite beverage, alcoholic and/or non-alcoholic?tea, hot or cold. Hot - plain, Cold - sugar and lemon. Wine, fav is sweet white, but like a lot of different reds and whites. The only hard liquor i really drink is vodka with tea or cranberry or lemonade.

Twosome Hot--Do you like it hot? Spicy hot food, that is! Not really. I love salsa, but stay in the mild to medium range. My kids on the otherhand love hot sauce. Indy was eating tortillas with all the taco toppings dumped on the floor and only hot sauce on his tortilla, not hot salsa - hot sauce!

Threesome Summer--Summer makes you think of what food? What's your favorite summer recipe? Anything grilled, especially if it has been marinated first. I also love bunny dogs (grilled carrots eaten with hot dog fixings). Fresh tomatoes, with salt and pepper, I look forward to it all year.

Today's the day! At this point I have a sore back and screwed up hand from moving indy's bed yesterday. Hopefully by tomorrow my back will be a bit more sore ;) did I say that out loud? I need to scurry around and pick up before I pick him up at the airport.

G4 left yesterday morning with my sister, mom and grandmother to go visit relatives in Pennsylvania. He has a cousin his age there and they should have a great time together. I always loved visiting there. Although when I think back to all the wild things we did, I get nervous. My hand is cramping so I better go before it quits completely.

I have at least done the thursady threesome this week and last, but I am haveing trouble publishing. I am switching to Mt so hopefully that won't be a problem anymore. G3 comes home tomorrow. I have been cleaning and trying to finish stuff up. I stripped the red from my hair and went back to blonde. He will be surprised to see a blonde with short curly hair when he left a red head with shoulder length straight hair. I warned him though, so he should at least recognize me. Zeb loves it that my hair matches his. My tow head boys make my blonde look a bit more authentic *grin*. Last weekend I did a craft show with Jen and hosted a baby shower for my sister in law. This week I have spent trying to reorganize, but it has been so hot, the airconditioner only works in the kitchen.

Onesome. The Birds. So, when did you realize there really was a difference between boys and girls?
I remember having a babysitter and she let my baby sister be outside with only her diaper on, so I decided it was okay for me (5) to do the same. I ran around the neighborhood enjoying the attention the little boys gave (although I think they barely understood too). The next day, I got it from my parents. After that, the neighboorhood boys were always peeing in front of me whenever they didn't feel like going in side, so I gradually noticed the difference.

Twosome. The Bees. So when did you hear about the "bodily function" things that were gonna happen to you? And how long was it before you learned that the opposite sex had changes, too?
My mother nursed in front of me and I remember always being aware of the fact that I would look like that when I grew up. My sisters and I would nurse our dolls and stuff our shirts to look grown up. The specifics were best learned from Judy Blume. She was more frank and didn't blush like my mom did. I think one of her books was where I learned the guy stuff.

Threesome. The Flowers and the Trees. Did you know where babies came from? What stories did you hear (and believe) - and how old were you when you really learned the truth?
When I was 7 or 8 my mother babysat a girl named Melissa who had a bunch of older sisters so she was quite sophisticated if not entirely accurate. She would whisper these awful things to me and teach me great words. My mother heard all this and explained what it meant. She never told me the stories, but didn't give any more information than necessary when I asked. By the time we got the lessons in high school I had pretty much the whole story.

Onesome: Soak--Like a sponge, what class in school did you seem
to absorb the easiest?
English. I loved to read so the vocabulary, grammer and stuff came pretty easily, I think I need a refresher though, lol.

Twosome: Up--What things always bring you up when you are
down?
Time to myself to create. A new haircolor or do. Moments with my children when they are not fighting or whining.

Threesome: The Sun--Enjoy the sun? What's your favorite outdoor
activity? Sailing. Reading. Laying on the beach. Volleyball.
